National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working visit to the city of Arkadag approved the launch of high-speed Internet technology 4G+ (LTE-Advanced – ed.) in the “smart” city, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
"The Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M. Chakyev asked Hero Arkadag to bless the launch of high-speed Internet 4G+ installed in the city of Arkadag. Hero Arkadag blessed the launch of 4G+ technology," the statement said.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of introducing new technologies in the structures of the Arkadag City Communications Department in all areas, noting the need to carry out these works in accordance with modern requirements and train relevant specialists.
