Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov will soon pay a working visit to Iran. This was announced by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a telephone conversation with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

“Hero-Arkadag also stated Turkmenistan’s support for organizing consultations between the foreign ministries of both countries: in this regard, it was proposed to send our country’s foreign minister on a visit to Iran in the coming days,” the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper quotes Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov as saying.
