From August 5 to 23, seminars on gender equality were held in the capital and regions of Turkmenistan for specialized specialists, healthcare workers, social workers and law enforcement agencies of the country.

The training was organized by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan together with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

As “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports, during the seminars issues related to improving national legislation on gender equality and the implementation of the National Action Plan of Turkmenistan for Gender Equality for 2021-2025 were discussed.
