Hollywood star Emma Stone admitted in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that she would like to be addressed by her real name – Emily. This is reported by daily.afisha.ru.
Stone, known by this pseudonym throughout her career, chose it because the Actors Guild of America already had an actress named Emily Stone. However, unlike the star of La La Land, she never gained widespread fame.
Nathan Fielder, Stone’s co-star on The Grudge, shared that he and other crew members always called the actress by her real name.
Stone emphasized that she likes the name Emma and is comfortable with it. But if one of her fans called her Emily, she would take it as a sweet gesture. “I would like to be Emily,” the actress admitted.
