President Serdar Berdimuhamedov severely reprimanded the Hyakim of the Turkmen capital Rahym Gandymov “for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over subordinate structures, as well as shortcomings in carrying out improvement and cleaning work in the city of Ashgabat.”
The head of state signed the corresponding Order on Thursday, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan. A severe reprimand was announced “with a final warning to correct the shortcomings as soon as possible.”
In addition, the head of state announced a “severe reprimand with a final warning” to the deputy hyakim of the city of Ashgabat, Bayrammyrat Gurbanov.
