The individual enterprise “Batly Gadam” is the leader in the production of high-quality cotton yarn and hosiery in Turkmenistan. The company regularly increases its production capacity and expands cooperation, offering favorable conditions for consumers and potential partners.

The company has spinning, dyeing, hosiery and molding production lines. Our products meet international quality and safety standards, are environmentally friendly and designed for a long service life.

IE “Batly Gadam” uses technology and cooperates with companies from Switzerland, Italy and Japan, including Rieter, Muratec, Xorella, Zancaner, Temsan, Imbat, Uster, Loepfe, Sait Izmit, Bräcker and Graf. Every year the company produces 7000 tons of high-quality cotton yarn of various twists. 90% of these products are exported abroad, and 10% are used for our own production of socks.

The company is capable of dyeing 2000 tons of yarn per year in various colors using equipment from the German companies Thies and SWF Krantecnik, as well as the Turkish Ekosistem and Pentiz. For this purpose, high-quality paints are used that are harmless to the human body.

Hosiery products of IE “Batly Gadam” have also gained popularity in the Turkmen market. The annual production capacity of the enterprise is 20 000 000 pairs of various types of men's and women's socks. These products are manufactured using 288 units of equipment from world famous companies Lonati, Dakong, Jiazhili and 03D. The final product consists of 80% cotton yarn, produced and dyed at our own Batly Gadam factory. Additional raw materials - elastane, spandex, nylon and others - are imported from Türkiye.

Once the socks are made, they are sent to the molding department, where they are washed and dried on Tolon equipment, and then molded on Technopea equipment. Then the socks are sorted by type, brand symbols are sewn on them, and the finished products are packaged. Regulating humidity in the enterprise's factories ensures that production is harmless to human health.

IE “Batly Gadam” offers partners the following range of services:

• delivery of goods to the buyer by rail and road transport (road costs are paid by the customer);
