President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved proposals for the construction of twenty 9-story modern residential buildings in the Parahat-7 residential area in the city of Ashgabat, designed for 864 families, as well as the construction of a secondary school for 720 places, a park and highways, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

This information was presented at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. Construction work is planned as part of the implementation of the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028.”

The construction of new residential buildings and infrastructure in the Parahat-7 residential area is aimed at providing citizens with modern, comfortable housing and improving the quality of life.
