The head coach of the youth football team of Turkmenistan (U-23), Ahmed Agamuradov, is undergoing an internship at the Namangan football club “Navbahor” from February 9 to 15, Championat.Asia reports.
This internship is part of an experienced professional's training to obtain a PRO coaching license. During the week, Agamuradov will study the specifics of training young football players at Navbahor, get acquainted with the training process of teams of different ages and exchange experiences with the club’s coaching staff.
Let us remind you that in the fall of 2023, “Navbahor” reached the playoffs of the Asian Champions League. In March-April the club will play in the 1/16 finals against the Saudi Arabian Al-Ittihad.
Akhmed Agamuradov will lead the youth team of Turkmenistan in the summer of 2021. Under his leadership, the team reached the quarterfinals of the Asian Youth Cup for the first time in history in 2022.
