Next week, the first snow of the coming calendar winter and temperatures below 0 degrees are expected in the capital of Turkmenistan. This is evidenced by the forecasts of several services - Gismeteo, The Weather Channel and “Yandex Weather”.

On December 11, the maximum temperature in Ashgabat will be 0 degrees, and by the evening it can drop to -5...-9 degrees.

On the same day, there is a possibility of the first snow falling in the Turkmen capital - up to 5,9 mm of precipitation. The snow depth will be 2,9 cm.

A day later, the temperature in the city could drop to -12 degrees.

This week it will be especially cold in Ashgabat on December 6th. The temperature will drop from +22 degrees on Tuesday to +13 on Wednesday. Temperatures are then expected to gradually cool down to sub-zero temperatures next week.
