President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to participants of the Iran Prože Specialized Exhibition on the occasion of the opening of the exposition at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, TDH reports.

“I am convinced that the economic show organized in white marble Ashgabat in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state will make it possible to fully utilize the potential of bilateral relations and expand constructive trade and economic partnership in many areas!” says the address of the head of the Turkmen state.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan and Iran are linked by historical ties of friendship and good neighborliness. The countries are consistently increasing cooperation in various fields, especially in the economy.

The head of Turkmenistan called on the forum participants to expand trade turnover and implement new joint projects. He expressed confidence that the exhibition will become an incentive to intensify trade and economic ties between the two states.

“A significant role in intensifying business contacts between representatives of the private sector of our countries is given to the activities of the Turkmen-Iranian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation, which is developing effective mechanisms for regulating trade and economic partnership. I am confident that the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission, which is being held these days in Ashgabat, will give a significant impetus to strengthening bilateral cooperation, further expanding multifaceted interaction and promising joint projects,” the address of the President of Turkmenistan says.
