- November 18-20 - weak geomagnetic storm;
- November 29-30 - weak geomagnetic storm;
- November 24-26 - weak storm.
Magnetic storms, or disturbances in the Earth's magnetic field, are caused by solar flares. They have a negative impact on the well-being of some people, and can also disrupt the operation of communication systems and cause radio interference. Magnetic storm forecasts are made based on data obtained from near-Earth satellites and from ground-based equipment recording solar activity.
On days of magnetic storms, it is recommended to always have medications for headaches and diseases that worsen during this period. You should drink more water and eat more vegetables and fruits, avoid fatty and heavy foods, drink less caffeinated drinks and walk more.
