“Arkadag” became the winner of the second round of the 2023 Turkmenistan football championship, the team scored 45 points and is ten points ahead of second-placed “Altyn Asyr”.
On Sunday, October 22, the rescheduled match of the 11th round of the Major League took place, in which the Arkadag players won a landslide victory with a score of 3:0 over Merv.
Thus, based on the results of the second round, Arkadag is in the lead (45 points). Ashgabat “Altyn Asyr” scored 35 points and ranks second in the table. The top three is completed by Nebitci from Balkanabat (28).
“Ashgabat” and Kopetdag (20 each) are in 4-5 places, the current national champion “Ahal” is in sixth place (16). “Merv” and “Energetik”, who scored 12 points each, share 7th-8th place. “Shagadam” (9) closes the standings.
The third round of the Turkmenistan football championship starts on October 29 and ends on December 27.
