A tourist from Switzerland, vacationing with her husband on the island of Sardinia in Italy, took pity on the lobster she ordered for dinner and released it into the sea, writes “MIR 24”.
A woman and her husband came to one of the fish restaurants on the island and decided to order lobster. The waiter brought a still live lobster, which after weighing was valued at 200 euros. The tourist suddenly felt sorry for him and asked whether a live lobster would break if thrown back into the sea from a height. Having received a negative answer, she took the crustacean to the shore and threw it into the sea.
The entire scene of the release of the lobster, which was supposed to be eaten, was filmed on the phone by the tourist’s husband.
The restaurant owner commented on the client’s desire: “At first, I thought she was joking. But the guest was happy because she was able to fulfill her wish, and we rejoiced with her”.
