A wide range of issues of the Turkmen-Tajik dialogue, which has an in-depth strategic nature, were discussed today in Dushanbe by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan Rashid Meredov and Sirojiddin Muhriddin, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.
During the conversation, the heads of foreign policy departments also discussed issues related to the agenda of the upcoming summits, which will be held in Dushanbe on September 14-15 this year. The significance of the multilateral efforts of the parties in the preparation of the Consultative Meeting of the Leaders of the Central Asian Countries and the meeting of the Council of Heads of State - the founders of IFAS was especially noted.
A representative delegation of Turkmenistan arrived in Dushanbe to participate in the upcoming multilateral side events planned within the framework of the fifth Consultative Meeting of Leaders of Central Asian Countries and the next meeting of the Council of Heads of Founding States of IFAS.
