A correspondent of the Turkish TV channel TRT tasted Turkmen kvass while filming a story about participants of the 31st international food and beverage exhibition WorldFood in Istanbul.
The Economic Society “Mahmal Zip”, a manufacturer of soft drinks, took part in the exhibition from Turkmenistan.
As the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports, the exhibition guests and a journalist from the Turkish TV channel TRT were interested in the stand with the products of the Turkmen company. After the story of the representative of the ES Batyr Ishimov about the kvass produced by “Mahmal Zip”, the TV journalist tried and appreciated the taste of the popular and healthy drink.
The exhibition, which brought together about 1500 manufacturers from different countries, was held in Istanbul from September 6 to 9. The number of visitors this year amounted to a record 60 thousand for this exhibition, the source notes.
