Artists from Turkmenistan will perform at the international platform of the “Caspian Seasons-2023” classical art festival, which will be held in Astrakhan from August 18 to September 6.
The festival program provides for a wide acquaintance of the audience with the culture and art of the Caspian states.
From August 25 to 28, the Astrakhan Philharmonic will host concerts dedicated to each participating country. Day of Turkmenistan will be held on August 28, according to the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
It is expected that the concert will be attended by People's Artist of Turkmenistan Atageldy Garyagdyev, pianist, Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Vladimir Mkrtumov, chamber ensemble “Camerata Ashgabat”.
During the festival, the Astrakhan Museum of Local Lore will open a photo exhibition “The Caspian - the Sea of Friendship”, which will present photographs dedicated to the development of relations between the countries of the Caspian region.
Earlier, we reported that the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Leyli Okdirova will take part in the opening of the international festival “Caspian Seasons”.
