For 6 months, the trade turnover between Turkmenistan and China amounted to about 5,55 billion USD, which is 12,3% more than last year.
A significant share in the total trade balance falls on Turkmen exports, which amounted to 5,07 billion USD during the reporting period, reports Neit-Gaz with reference to the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
The main export product to China is natural gas, the value of which is estimated at 5,05 billion USD.
Turkmenistan, in turn, bought Chinese goods worth 476 million USD, the source said.
