On July 3-4, the international fashion event Oriental Fashion Show 2023 was held in Paris, where Turkmen high fashion samples were also presented.

European connoisseurs of oriental fashion appreciated the work of fashion designer and founder of the Sennur fashion house Ogulmaral Sahetniyazova. Made in an ethnic-romantic style with elements of the Turkmen national decor, the models captivated the audience with a successful combination of the traditions of the national costume and modern fashion trends. The fashion designer gave preference to bright saturated colors, fabrics with a rich texture - velvet, brocade, flying silk, without leaving aside the traditional Turkmen embroidery.

In addition to Turkmenistan, couturiers from such eastern countries as Morocco, Lebanon, and Kazakhstan took part in the fashion festival.

Oriental Fashion Show is not only a demonstration of fashion collections in oriental style, but also a platform for the promotion of emerging designers and stylists. Thanks to such events, novice fashion designers gain invaluable experience, are enriched with new ideas and have the opportunity to enter the international market.
