Turkmenistan is preparing to hold the International Scientific Conference “The Era of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State and Magtymguly Fragi”. This was reported today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers by Deputy Prime Minister Nurmuhammet Amannepesov, announced the news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television.

The forum is held in accordance with the Plan of events dedicated to the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Turkmen classical poet and philosopher of the East Magtymguly.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), scientists and specialists from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, China, the Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, India, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Algeria, Iran, Romania, will take part in the large-scale international forum. Belarus, Georgia and other states, as well as scientists, including young ones, and professors of Turkmenistan.

A large cultural program has been prepared for numerous participants and guests of the conference, which includes excursions to the city of Arkadag, the historical and cultural state reserve “Nisa” and the capital's museums, a film screening at the “Ashgabat” cinema and concert center, a concert, exhibitions, etc.

After listening to the information, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the need for further wide popularization of the unique creative heritage of the great son of the Turkmen people, who left an unfading mark on world history. The Head of State instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure personal control over the preparation and holding of this representative forum at the highest level.
