There are several ways to overcome the distance of more than 500 kilometers separating Ashgabat residents from the long-awaited summer vacation in the NTZ “Avaza”:
The most popular and fastest is by plane. “Turkmenistan” Airlines operates daily morning flights on the Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi route. In addition, evening flights are also connected with the International Airport in Turkmenbashi: four times a week at 18:00 and three times at 21:10.

For those who are not in a hurry and want to enjoy the natural landscapes, a train ride is suitable. The Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi train departs every day from the Ashgabat railway station, located on Turkmenbashi avenue, 7. The duration of the trip is 14 hours 25 minutes.
And finally, residents and guests of the Turkmen capital can use the new bus route - Ashgabat - Avaza. The daily intercity flight will be launched on June 11. The bus will depart at 06:00 from the International Bus Station, located at A. Niyazov avenue, 422.
