Kazakhstan will systematically reduce the number of jobs in hazardous industries

In Kazakhstan, by 2025, they plan to reduce the number of vacancies in the workplace with harmful working conditions by 20 percent, MIR 24 reported. The corresponding plan was entrusted to develop the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


In total, about 400 thousand people work in hazardous production in Kazakhstan. Among the harmful professions common in Kazakhstan are miners, builders - they are the most often victims of industrial injuries.


The highest injury rates at work are in the Karaganda, Kyzylorda and East Kazakhstan regions, where large mining and processing and metallurgical enterprises and coal deposits are located.
