A new park and 23 modern nine-story houses with landscaping of the adjacent territory, utilities and roads will be built in the Parahat-7 microdistrict in Ashgabat, the State Information Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
The relevant Decree was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, allowing the Ashgabat city administration to conclude additional agreements to contracts for the design and construction of 23 nine-story modern houses and a park in the Parahat-7 residential area with utilities and roads, along with the improvement of the adjacent territory.
The document was signed in order to implement the Decree of April 11, 2019 “On the construction of modern residential buildings and a park in the city of Ashgabat”.
