President Serdar Berdimuhamedov discussed the possibility of participation of “Bouygues” in the national plans for further modernization of the Turkmen capital with the head of this French company, Martin Bouygues, announced the “Watan” news program of the Turkmen television.

“Bouygues” is a long-standing and reliable business partner of Turkmenistan, and jointly implemented projects, the total number of which is already about 70, are of great importance in the development of the Turkmen economy, strengthening its construction and industrial potential. Over the years of long-term cooperation, the company has offered a wide range of architectural projects and samples of urban design.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov highly appreciated the activities of “Bouygues” in Turkmenistan, noting with satisfaction that the modern business center being built by the French company, which will provide all the opportunities for negotiations and presentations of various projects, organically blending into the appearance of the white marble capital, will become another of its decorations

Expressing gratitude to the head of state for the time devoted to the meeting, the businessman stressed that it is a great honor for the holding he represents to cooperate with Turkmenistan and take part in the implementation of large-scale projects, primarily aimed at transforming the architectural appearance of Ashgabat.

In this regard, the interest of “Bouygues” in further strengthening its position in the promising Turkmen market, where the company has been operating for more than 30 years, was confirmed.

During the meeting, the businessman informed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov about the state of affairs at the facilities entrusted to the company, and also voiced new proposals developed taking into account the priorities of socio-economic development and grandiose reforms carried out in Turkmenistan.

The head of state announced his readiness to consider specific proposals from the French company.
