The esports team from Turkmenistan Galkynysh Esport will take part in the regional qualifying tournament for the Dota 2 World Championship.

Galkynysh Esport became the winner of the national qualifying tournament, where 8 teams took part.

In the final, Galkynysh Esport beat Nusay with a score of 3:0, reports the official website of the Electronic Sports Federation of Turkmenistan. Galkynysh Esport is a four-time winner of the Turkmenistan Dota 2 Cup.

The MVP of the tournament was the player of the Galkynysh Esport team Denis Oglodin (Den4ez).

Galkynysh Esports, as the winners of the cup, will become a participant in the regional qualifying games for the 2023 Esports World Cup in Dota 2 from Turkmenistan.

The 2023 World Esports Championship (15th IeSF World Esports Championships) will be held in the Romanian city of Iasi from August 24 to September 4.
