The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan Atajan Movlamov met with the General Coordinator of the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technical Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH) M.I. Choudary.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the parties discussed the possibilities of bilateral cooperation in the fields of science, education and culture.
For his part, A. Movlamov made a presentation of the new modern administrative center of the Ahal velayat - the city of Arkadag, which was built according to the “Smart City” concept. The Pakistani side highly appreciated the infrastructure of the new city.
The parties agreed to hold joint events throughout the year and develop scientific and educational cooperation between the universities of Turkmenistan and Pakistan, the source said.
