A Fashion show dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan was held in St. Petersburg. The current event was organized by the Fashion Houses of Turkmenistan and St. Petersburg with the support of the Government of St. Petersburg.

The impetus for this solemn event was the forum "Commonwealth of Fashion", which was held in October 2022 in the Tauride Palace of St. Petersburg, informs the Society of Turkmen Culture in St. Petersburg “Mekan”.

The show was attended by representatives of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS member States, representatives of the St. Petersburg Committee for External Relations, the branch of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmens in St. Petersburg and the North-Western region of the Russian Federation, the Society of Turkmen Culture in St. Petersburg "Mekan", the leadership of the St. Petersburg Fashion House and invited guests from Ashgabat.

The distinguished guests noted that Turkmenistan, one of the actively and steadily developing countries in Central Asia, is a strategic and close partner of the Russian Federation.

During the show, a fashion show of fashion models from Turkmenistan was held. The demonstrated models of clothes reflected the traditions and beauty of the Turkmen culture.

In the message also noted that in the framework of the celebration of the 27th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan, festive events was held in different cities of Russia.
