4416 telephone numbers will be put into operation in the Balkan velayat by the end of 2028, reports the “Turkmenistan” newspaper.

Besides that, 20 buildings and structures will be built during this period, including 4 hospitals, 3 sanatorium and resort centers, one kindergarten, 7 secondary schools, 2 houses of culture.

It is also planned to commission by 2028 710,48 thousand square meters of housing, 743,37 km of water supply, 2 water stations, 25 vertical wells, 112,00 km of sewage, one treatment plant, 244,09 km of roads and 212,0 km of gas pipeline, notes the source.
