The exhibition-presentation of the achievements of the transport and communication complex of Turkmenistan will be held at the International Seaport of Turkmenbashi. It will be held within the framework of the International Conference at the level of ministers of transport of landlocked developing countries, which is scheduled for August 15-16 in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone. This was declared at today's offsite meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, announced the news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television.

As the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakiyev, informed the head of state, in the passenger ferry terminal of the Turkmenbashi International Seaport, UN structural units, the State customs service and transport and communication complex”, postal service company “Turkmenpost”, ES “Turkmenistan association of international road carriers”, OJSC “Transport and logistics center of Turkmenistan”, CJSC “Maritime merchant fleet” and others will present presentations on their achievements, infrastructural capacities of the transport sector, international partnerships, and the introduction of a digital system.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave instructions to organize high-level exhibitions timed to coincide with the forum at the Turkmenbashi seaport, airport and at the venue of the Conference.

As was noted at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, it is expected that delegations representing 39 countries and 34 international organizations will participate in the Conference.
