This morning, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for an official visit to the Russian Federation, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
Since the first days of gaining independence, Turkmenistan has always considered strengthening of political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties among the main vectors of its foreign policy with Russia, the Agency says.
Earlier, we reported that during the first visit of Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Russian Federation as the head of the Turkmen state, the signing of the Declaration on deepening strategic partnership is expected.
