Today a wholesale shopping center “15 years of neutrality” in the capital city of Ashgabat reopened its doors, popularly more known as “Optovka”. The correspondent of Turkmenportal was informed about it by the owners of stores in this shopping center.
The stores, feed points, hair studios and repairing workshops expect visitors on a daily basis from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
We remind that earlier only shops selling food and daily necessities worked for preventive purposes.
