A number of significant changes have come into force in the Code of Administrative Offenses of Turkmenistan (CAO), relating, in particular, to exceeding the speed limit by vehicle drivers.
Today the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan” published the Law of Turkmenistan “On amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses of Turkmenistan”, which comes into force on May 11, 2022. A number of changes have been included to the CAO – both editorial in nature and clarifying its individual provisions.
