President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the members of the State Security Council to elaborate and submit a Plan for the development of military and law enforcement agencies until 2028 in a short time. This was reported by the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television following the results of the meeting of the State Security Council held today.
The head of state stressed that the plans, based on the world best practices, should provide for measures to organize the activities of these bodies at a more modern level.
“After the plans are adopted, the successful implementation of the tasks and activities envisaged should be kept under strict control,” Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.
