President Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres on his birthday, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports today.

Taking this opportunity, the Head of Turkmenistan expressed wishes for good health, happiness, inexhaustible energy and will, as well as great success in the work underway to the UN Secretary-General António Guterres.

António Guterres has turned 73 today. He is the ninth Secretary-General of the United Nations. Guterres has held the position of the UN Secretary-General since January 1, 2017.
