Members of the Turkmenistan national team in freestyle wrestling will participate in a tournament of high continental level.
The Asian Championship in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling among adults is being held from April 19 to April 24, 2022 in the capital of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar. Greco-Roman wrestling competitions started on April 19. The medals among women will be played on April 21-22, and competitions among freestyle wrestlers will be held on April 23-24.
In the continental championship will participate more than 270 wrestlers from different countries of the Asian continent.
More than 100 athletes will perform in freestyle wrestling competitions in 10 weight categories.
Earlier, Ulaanbaatar hosted the 1993 and 2001 Asian Wrestling Championships.
