President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen party, signing a corresponding Decree today, the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television reported.
The document was signed "in order to implement bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as further development of relations between the two countries," the information says.
Earlier it was reported that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov assigned the duties of the Chairman of the Turkmen party of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation to Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov.
