The auction for the sale of state property will be held in the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan on April 20 at 10:00.

As reported in today’s “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper, 15 objects of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the Committee for Water Resources of Turkmenistan, the agency “Turkmenawtoulaglary”, the State Association “Turkmenhaly”, the State Concern “Turkmenchemistry”, hyakimliks of Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats were put up for the sale.

Citizens of the country and foreign countries, non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and other countries, who have submitted an application and registered in accordance with the established form, after making a deposit and a special fee, can participate in the auction.

Foreign legal entities and international organization, and also their permanent representative offices and branches in Turkmenistan can acquire state property in private ownership only if there is a conclusion from the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks under the Ministry.

The applications for participation in the auction are accepted from the moment the announcement is published and no later than, 24 hours before the start of the auction. The registration of participants will open on the day of the auction from 9:00.
