An interdepartmental conference on the development of transit and logistics in Turkmenistan and increasing the attractiveness of transit routes through the country was organized by the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.
According to the Press Service of the establishment, the event was aimed at speeding up procedures and expanding the conditions for the transit of goods across the border to increase the attractiveness and significance of transit routes through the country.
The event was attended by the military servicemen of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, the representatives of the Departments of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen Logistics Association and the International Association of International Carriers of Turkmenistan, as well as teachers and students of the Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, an exchange of views on the topic took place, proposals were made and working points were discussed, measures to be taken in the near future in the implementation of the tasks set were identified.
