Turkmenistan is included in the List of countries allowing citizens visiting the Republic of Azerbaijan by air.

By the decision of the Azerbaijani government, citizens of 17 countries and foreigners permanently residing in these countries, as well as stateless persons, are allowed entering and leaving the country by air, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports with reference to the Decree signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov on February 15.

In addition to Turkmenistan, the List includes such countries as: Albania, Venezuela, Georgia, Dominican Republic, India, Indonesia, Iran, Colombia, Philippines, Moldova, Pakistan, Peru, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Uzbekistan.
