Serdargeldi Gurbangeldievich Yolamanov was appointed Head of the State Agency for Road Construction Management in Turkmenistan. Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the corresponding Decree, the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television reported.

Prior to that, Yolamanov held the position of Deputy Hyakim (Head of Administration) of the city of Ashgabat.

To recap, the new Department for Road Construction Management was established four days ago "in order to further improve roads."
