President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed condolences to Russian leader Vladimir Putin in connection with the tragic events in Perm.

The head of state conveyed words of empathy to the families and friends of the victims, and also wished a speedy recovery to the victims, the “Vatan” news program of Turkmen television reported today.

On the morning of September 20, a student opened fire at the Perm State National Research University. The attack killed six people and injured 43 more.
