A complex of facilities with a large shopping and entertainment center is being built on Tehran Street in Ashgabat, the website “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports.

The new shopping complex, which is proposed to be called “Ashgabat”, will embody advanced solutions for organizing the work of a large shopping and entertainment center and modern design ideas, and various types of oriental ornaments will be used in the interior design of the facility. Several fountains will appear on the territory of the shopping and entertainment center, in the functioning of which modern digital technologies and musical accompaniment will be actively involved.

The project also includes the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings. The planning of all houses and rooms in them, interior decoration and improvement are carried out on the basis of the wishes of future residents.

Some of the apartments are 638 square meters. There are 6- and 7-room apartments for large families. The arrangement of kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and children's rooms, including their equipping with a digital system and furniture, is also carried out by direct order of residents.

Construction work at the facility has been carried out since April 2018 by the “Beyik-Bina” enterprise. The complex of facilities is planned to be commissioned on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan.
