Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the capital and its environs, during which he got acquainted with the construction of a number of important facilities and projects for the comprehensive modernization of the social infrastructure of the city, and also inquired about the ongoing work on breeding Alabay, rightfully considered the national heritage of the Turkmen people.

Minister of Industry and Construction Production, Chairman of this Association S. Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs D.Hudayberdiev reported on the state of affairs at the complex of specialized facilities built by order of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay”.

Noting that the main requirement is the use of high-quality materials and other appropriate means when decorating objects, the color palette of which should be in optimal harmony with the national style, the leader of the nation instructed Deputy Prime Minister Sh. Durdylyev to keep these works under control.

Also, addressing the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiev, the head of state emphasized that such inherent features as loyalty and courage should be reflected in the artistic embodiment of the image of the alabay.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was presented with a general plan and a diagram of the complex of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay”, design options for the main entrance, a spectator stand, an exhibition area and obstacle course for training Alabayev, types of design elements of objects. Sculptural images of dogs of this unique breed, which are planned to be installed here, were also demonstrated.

Having familiarized himself with the projects in detail, the head of state made a number of comments in their regard and made adjustments, noting that high quality of work is an indispensable requirement for the design and construction of objects in which the centuries-old traditions of national architecture should be embodied.

The President of Turkmenistan noted with satisfaction the successful choice of a site for the construction of the complex - in one of the picturesque corners of the foothills of the Kopetdag, since the local landscape is optimal for these purposes.

Speaking about the expediency of combining the Holiday of the Turkmen Alabay with the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, Head of State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to ensure a high organizational level of celebrations timed to coincide with significant events in the life of the country and the people.

The head of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay” S. Berdimuhamedov reported on the planned festive events, within the framework of which the Alabays beauty contest and agility competition will be held.

The leader of the nation stressed that when organizing them, emphasis should be placed on aspects such as solemnity and national flavor. Alabay/ is the property of our people and its invaluable contribution to the global cultural heritage. And therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of the work carried out in this direction, it is necessary to pay special attention to a detailed study of the history of this breed of dogs, information about the national methods of breeding and keeping Alabays, the head of Turkmenistan said.

Referring to the formation of the jury, which will determine the winner of the beauty contest among the Alabay, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of the presence of specialized specialists with sufficient experience and knowledge in its composition, having addressed specific instructions in this regard. At the same time, the unique qualities of this breed should be reflected in the works of sculptors, artists and jewelers, which will be presented at the exhibition dedicated to the celebration.

Continuing the topic, the leader of the nation emphasized the expediency of awarding the winner of the festive competition with the title “Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy” (“Brave Turkmen Alabay of the Year”), which succinctly expresses all the characteristic features of the Alabay.

In addition, the events on the occasion of the holiday should demonstrate the original traditions of dog breeding laid down by our ancestors, which are continued in the steps taken in the modern era to further improve the Alabay breed.

Then, inspecting the territory of the new building, the head of state went up to the podium and, having familiarized himself with the ongoing work, emphasized the importance of forming a single architectural ensemble here.

Addressing Deputy Prime Minister Sh. Durdylyev with instructions to ensure the high quality of the facilities being built and to create optimal conditions in the complex, including for holding international events, the President of the country reiterated the need to carry out construction work in accordance with the requirements.

On the way onward, the leader of the nation stopped at a sculpture of a Turkmen horseman with a dutar riding an Ahalteke horse, erected in honor of the legendary Shukur-bakhshi.

The image of a virtuoso performer, renowned among the people, became the personification of the triumph of national musical diplomacy, which is described in detail in the book of the head of state "Music of the World, Music of Friendship and Brotherhood".

Then the leader of the nation arrived at a complex of facilities with a shopping and entertainment center being built in one of the beautiful parts of the capital, which is planned to be commissioned on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland.

Here the chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs D. Hudayberdiev reported to the head of state on the progress of the construction of the shopping and entertainment complex, its facilities and their features, as well as on the conditions that will be created in the residential buildings erected in this part of the city.

Then President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the construction of residential buildings, the peculiarities of their design. It is noteworthy that the planning of all houses and rooms in them, decoration of the premises and improvement are carried out on the basis of the wishes of future residents. Some of the apartments are 638 square meters. It should also be emphasized that there are 6- and 7-room apartments for large families.

The arrangement of kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and children's rooms, including their equipping with a digital system and furniture, is also carried out by direct order of residents.

Having familiarized himself with the conditions created in the residential premises, the President of Turkmenistan noted that their decoration and equipment should be performed at a high quality level and reflect the national flavor.

Focusing on these tasks, the leader of the nation addressed specific instructions to Deputy Prime Ministers Sh. Durdylyev and Ch. Gylyjov, as well as Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs D. Hudaiberdiev.

Then the head of state got acquainted with the construction of the largest shopping and entertainment center in the region, being built on the territory of the complex. For consideration by the leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, projects related to the specifics of the Center's facilities, their internal and external design, and materials used were presented.

On the monitors installed here, images were demonstrated that allow you to get a complete picture of the complex, as well as the features of the fountains installed on its territory, in the functioning of which modern digital technologies and musical accompaniment are actively involved.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that the new complex should embody advanced solutions for organizing the work of a large shopping and entertainment center and modern design ideas, and various types of oriental ornaments should be used in the interior design of the facility.

The head of state instructed the relevant leaders to prepare an emblem corresponding to the name of the complex, and reflecting such criteria as aesthetics, compactness and practicality.

The President of Turkmenistan noted that it would be advisable to give the new complex the name "Ashgabat". This will be a worthy gift for the 140th anniversary of the founding of our capital, the head of state said, addressing the relevant instructions.

As the leader of the nation noted, in different years wonderful pieces of music were created in honor of Ashgabat. So, in the memory of several generations, a song glorifying the Turkmen capital, performed by Murad Sadykov, famous not only in our country, but also abroad, has probably remained.

Currently, the number of songs dedicated to Ashgabat is increasing. Popular national masters of arts A. Garyagdyev, S. Orazberdiev, P. Amandurdyev and other artists, bakhshi musicians, pop performers have created works that our people love, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated.

Stressing that the 30th anniversary of sacred independence this year, held under the motto "Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust", coincides with the 140th anniversary of the creation of the city of Ashgabat, the head of state noted the expediency of organizing a creative competition among cultural and art workers on the occasion of this significant date.

As the President of Turkmenistan said, new songs dedicated to the white marble capital of the Motherland should become the embodiment of the harmony of verse, music and performance, and carry the high creative spirit of our people.

The performance of vocal compositions about Ashgabat should be accompanied by images of its beautiful appearance. The winners of the creative competition should be announced as winners of the competition of the President of Turkmenistan “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry”, they will be awarded by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country, the leader of the nation noted and gave specific instructions in this context.

Then President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov examined the new buildings, which are visual symbols of the success of the strategy of international cooperation and investment policy, implemented by Turkmenistan. Work on the construction of a new building for the State Commercial Bank "Turkmenbashi", being built in the southern part of the city, is being carried out according to the plan.

Having familiarized himself with the state of affairs at the facility being built with the participation of specialists from our country's long-standing partner - the famous French company “Bouygues Batiment International”, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that an imperative requirement is to ensure high quality construction of specialized facilities using advanced experience, to introduce a modern digital system into the activities of banks.

Speaking about this, the head of state instructed Deputy Prime Minister G. Mushshikov and Chairman of the Central Bank M. Annadurdyev to keep the progress of construction work under constant control.

Then the leader of the nation went to the construction site of the new building of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Senagat”.

The head of state, having familiarized himself with the state of affairs at the facility, noted that all the necessary conditions should also be created here for both bank employees and its customers, including providing them with various types of services, including through digital technologies. The leader of the nation noted that elements of national decor and relief ornamentation, including carpet, should be actively and thoughtfully used in interior decoration, having addressed a number of specific instructions to the relevant leaders.

Summing up the results of the working trip to the capital, Head of State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov reiterated that an important requirement in the implementation of all projects is a high level of quality of construction and its completion as scheduled.

It is also necessary to take a responsible approach to the improvement of the territories adjacent to the buildings, the creation of proper engineering, technical and lighting systems, the President of Turkmenistan said, having given the order to Deputy Prime Minister Sh. Durdylyev to constantly keep in sight the activities carried out in this direction.

Addressing the hyakim of the city of Ashgabat, the Head of State instructed to keep under strict control the construction of the capital's facilities, scheduled for commissioning on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Motherland, as well as important issues related to the city's social infrastructure.
