In Turkmenistan, by order of the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan dated December 4, 2020, the Procedure for the withdrawal from illegal circulation, processing, and destruction of alcohol and tobacco products was approved.
The document was developed in accordance with part two of article 46 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Turkmenistan, article 30 of the Law “On ensuring the safety and quality of food products”, article 13 of the Law of
Turkmenistan “On protecting the health of citizens from exposure to tobacco smoke and the consequences of consumption of tobacco products”.
It regulates the procedure for the withdrawal from illegal circulation, processing, destruction of alcoholic and tobacco products in accordance with the court decision on administrative offenses provided for by Articles 315-3152 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Turkmenistan.
Control over the execution of the Procedure is entrusted to the State Trade Supervision Service of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.
