President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made personnel changes in the prosecutor's office today, the Vatan news program of Turkmen television reported.

By the decree of the head of state, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan", 1st class lawyer Atajanov Syhetdurdy Meretdurdyevich due to the expiration of his term of office was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the Sayat etrap of Lebap velayat. The new prosecutor of the Sayat etrap of the Lebap velayat, with the dismissal of the prosecutor of the Serakhs etrap of the Ahal velayat, was appointed junior counselor of justice Bashimov Toily Allaberdievich. Second-class lawyer Taev Shohrat Sapardurdyevich was appointed the prosecutor of the Serakhs etrap of the Akhal velayat.

By the same Resolution, the junior counselor of justice Taganov Begench Hydyrovich, based on the results of attestation, due to inconsistency with the position held, was relieved of the post of prosecutor of the Serdar etrap of the Balkan velayat. Second-class lawyer Novruz Gurbanovich Amanov has been appointed the new prosecutor of the Serdar etrap in the Balkan velayat.
