On New Year's Eve, the tallest skyscraper in the world - Burj Khalifa in Dubai - was painted in the colors of the national flag of Turkmenistan, and the inscription “Täze ýylyňyz gutly bolsun!”

It should be noted that the United Arab Emirates has been congratulating Turkmenistan on Independence Day in this way for the past 2 years.

Celebrations and fireworks in honor of the New Year in Dubai were held near the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab skyscrapers, on the Jumeirah Beach and throughout the Palm Jumeirah.
