In Turkmenistan by the order No.122-Ö dated 13th of December 2020 of the Ministry of labor and social security of Turkmenistan the procedure for certification of workplaces for working conditions is approved.
Document is prepared in accordance with the Article 320 of Labor Code of Turkmenistan and determines the order of certification of workplaces at entities, organizations and enterprises regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership, for individual private entities using hired labor, and for persons entering an employment relationship with an employee.
This document is registered by the ministry of justice of Turkmenistan under the number No.1419 dated 30th of November 2020.
