Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the construction projects of a new recreation area being created on the shore of the Golden lake, located on the territory of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the capital, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

In a short time, this picturesque corner in the Northern part of the city has been transformed beyond recognition. As already reported, in June this year, with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the first complex of facilities was opened here, which provides the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay for residents and guests of Ashgabat, including children.

In this regard, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shamuhammet Durdylyev submitted to the head of Turkmenistan projects that allow to get a clear idea of the prospects for further development of the new leisure zone.

Thus, we have prepared options for the planned construction of well-maintained cottage complexes with all amenities that differ in the originality of design and configuration and represent a kind of architectural ensembles. At the disposal of tourists will be cozy two-story cottages, children's and sports grounds, outdoor pools and water parks, and other relevant facilities.

Along with this, it is planned to build an administrative office, medical and commercial service centers, and other relevant facilities, as well as create the necessary engineering and road infrastructure.

After reviewing the submitted projects and sketches in detail, the head of state asked about the main parameters of future new buildings, noting that all aspects must be taken into account when forming a modern leisure infrastructure, including the local landscape, with which the objects planned for construction should be in harmony.

Picturesque natural views, created conditions for interesting and active recreation, including family, favorable environmental environment make this corner of the capital more attractive for its residents and guests.

Having made a number of specific comments and recommendations on the projects, the President of Turkmenistan placed special emphasis on the high quality of construction work and careful selection of materials used, their compliance with such characteristics as durability, strength, environmental friendliness and aesthetics.

Regarding the landscaping, the head of state noted the importance in the formation of green areas and parks also to consider the characteristics of the area, to apply innovative design and technology landscape design and gave the Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs, a number of instructions.

Instructions were also given that domestic private construction companies involved in the implementation of projects of the 16th stage of the capital's development, upon completion of these works, will begin construction of objects of the 17th stage on the shore of the Golden lake.

"The new recreation area being created in the Northern part of the Turkmen capital should be in complete harmony with the architectural appearance of the planned construction of Ashgabat city," Berdimuhamedov said, instructing to carefully consider the issues related to this.
