The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan informs that the list of Russian citizens temporarily staying in Turkmenistan and wishing to return to the Russian Federation to their place of permanent residence continues to be formed.
At the same time, a number of exceptions are provided for certain categories of foreign citizens who can enter the Russian Federation.
Persons who have grounds to enter the Russian Federation can take advantage of "export" flights, the schedule of which is published on the websites of “Rosaviation” and “Stopkoronavirus.rf.”
