The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan informs that from Monday, July 13 this year, the consular section of the Embassy in Ashgabat and the consular post in Turkmenbashi will stop receiving visitors in person.

During the period of restrictive measures, citizens will be able to submit documents remotely to the consular Department of the Embassy in Ashgabat on the following issues:

• temporary residence permit (RVP);
• citizenship;
• requesting a certificate of non-criminal record;
• registration of a 5-year foreign passport for children under 14 years of age.
