The draft of the new edition of the "Rules for mandatory state insurance of passengers of all types of transport and transport complex employees", developed in order to streamline work in this direction, was presented at a Government meeting by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Gadyrgeldi Mushshikov.
In the new document, all terms and requirements are brought into line with the changes and additions that have been made in recent years to the Laws of Turkmenistan "On insurance", "On road transport", "Railway transport", the Air Code and the code of merchant shipping.
According to the results of this work, it is planned to prepare a draft Resolution on state individual mandatory insurance for passengers of all types of transport, crew members of air, sea, river, road transport and railway transport workers.
The head of state approved this proposal, noting that such a step is intended to promote the active integration of the insurance system of our country into the international insurance market, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
